A long-time spiritual seeker, writer, and guide, I created Firefly Spirit to blend my passion for tarot, hypnotherapy, and spiritual storytelling into one vibrant space.

Over the years, I’ve guided many through deep healing using hypnosis, intuitive insights, and sacred symbolism. I found that words, when infused with meaning, can shift energy—and that’s what I aim to do through my writing, videos, and guided MP3s.

Firefly Spirit was born from a desire to create freely, spiritually, and authentically. With my YouTube series Tea Chat with Aunt T, I share channeled wisdom, honest reflections, and soul-aligned messages for those walking their own awakening path.

This is more than just a website—it’s a sanctuary for the curious, the mystic, the tired, and the ready.

I created Firefly Spirit after years of personal transformation, self-exploration, and yes—those Tower moments that come to shake things up.

My work as a hypnotherapist, and my deep love of tarot, Hermetic philosophy, and energy work, eventually came together to form a more complete spiritual path—not just for myself, but for the many souls I now have the honor of connecting with.
